Without proper warm-up you may be at risk of injury. For the comfort of dancers, Nikolay has developed their unique and functional Warmup Booties. They are breathable, yet cozy and warm. They are soft and comfortable, and maintain their shape (for over 40 machine wash cycles!).
Nikolay Booties are also great for wearing over pointe shoes (size up if you plan to wear the booties over your shoes). They are a perfect tool to shape pointe shoes to the dancer's foot, as they help retain the natural heat of your body.
With a faux leather outsole, as dancers need to walk between classes and backstage, the Nikolay Booties are semi-waterproof and will be more than sufficient to protect your shoes and feet from the elements.
Elastic ribbons and adjustable straps around the heel provide warmth and comfort. A non-slip cushioned sole achieves optimum boot-to-floor contact as well as balance distribution.
