These flags are excellent for beginner dancers who are being introduced to movement through flag. They are a small to medium size, and the poles (separate purchase) help dancers to learn how to properly grip.

They are super stretchy, they give support but are still very comfy. I would recommend using less elastic than usually since it is pretty soft.

These Nutcracker socks are vibrant in color and soft tot the touch. They are excellent quality and a great price. I can’t wait to start wearing them to kick off our Nutcracker season!
I ordered a large at 5'4," 126 pounds, thick waist, skinny hips and 36 DD. The entire front is lined. It holds its shape. There is a sassy deep scoop on the back (so I do have to make sure my bra straps are tucked in). It does not have snaps at the crotch - so it's more comfortable, but if you have to go to the restroom, it's like wearing a one piece swimsuit. I wear it for belly dancing - not
strenuous gymnastics. The purple was on point. I might order a second in another color.
