These warm you up QUICK. You’ll be out of them after plies and tendus. For that reason, I prefer the shorts so my entire legs don’t get drenched in sweat. But these are great too. I’m 5 ft 6.5” 136 lb, muscular build, and I got a size M and it fits perfectly. I also have the shorts in a M too. They are awesome.
