this is my 6th pair of these shoes and they are great, easy to break in but the shank still lasts a long time (FM). they arrived within a week and the customer service was amazing! highly recommend ordering from here. |

Encore-light and basic | Sep 9, 2017 |
Review by Louisiana Lady, New Orleans Lo. I wear Entrada Pro for center floor work. Since those require no effort to stretch my feet over the center of gravity, I often wear Encore at barre. Encore requires me to stretch the tops of my feet very hard to get over the center of gravity. Very good exercise whereas Entrada requires no effort at all. Encore has a medium profile and medium platform whereas all other shoes in the spotlight collection have configurations that leave too much room in the box. Good shoe.

Love the shoe and the fit. | Jan 11, 2014 |
Review by Ursula, LaVale Ma. I just love the shoe and the fit. It was though my feet were destined to wear these shoes. Unfortunately, when I placed my order before Christmas I did not realize how popular these shoes are and for good reason that my size was not currently in stock and could take as much as another 8 weeks or so to get them in. I tried other companies that carry Russian Encore Pointes and the same thing happened. Good thing when I purchased last summer I stocked up so I am not totally without. These shoes fit my feet perfectly. I have tried other makers and brands and none come close. Fits true to size. Will definitely be stocking up when the shoe comes back in stock. I am hoping because of the popularity the quality remains the same or better. Many companies cut corners and quality once an item becomes popular. Hope they come back in stock soon.

One of my new loves | Aug 19, 2013 |
Review by Anastasia, PA. They fit like a charm, with or without toe pads. Sizing is closest to street size but you have to convert US size to European. They mold to feet and accomodate many different thicknesses of toe pads, its a matter of preference. I went with the pro pads and still had space enough for swelling. If you go with thin toe pads, you may be able to go down a half size from your street shoe depending how long you dance at one time to accomadate swelling. I have both the BRAVA and the ENCORE no draw strings and both fit at least for me in the same size and width. For me they are what I envision what a true pointe shoe should be. Sorry Gaynors, Capezio, Bloch, and Freeds you have nothing on RP Bravas and ENCORES. |
