The fabric is a good quality and shimmer is beautiful. They run large however if you have girls with a large bosom go with the chart measurements just have the waist taken in because the S/M will be snug in the chest. It's a true overlay so you can pull it over layered garments because of the sizing.
The girls looked beautiful!!
