We are a dance troupe of three, actually ordered these in caramel, not black. Best price anywhere, very fast shipping. I ordered wrong color due to a computer glitch and an email I sent on a Saturday was responded to, they called me and corrected the problem. A real live person!! The shoes are great capezio quality, learher sole, wonderful padded arch, comfortable and a bargain. Order a half size larger than your regular shoes, they run a bit small. Returns were a breeze and FAST. An actual phone call AND email-again from real live people, updating me on the reship shoes. Impressed with Dancesupplies.com and happy with our shoes.
