Measuring 72" long by 24" wide, it is larger than most mats allowing you to expand your practice space. It is also 5mm thick, providing you with just the right amount of cushioning and support to your joints.
Made from a high quality, closed cell vinyl foam that is latex, lead, heavy metal, and phthalate free, this yoga mat will not tear or flake.
The textured, non-slip sticky surface offer the perfect grip for all your poses, and is suitable for both home and studio use.
The closed cell foam also makes it easy to clean and maintain. Simply wipe it down with a 50/50 mixture of water and vinegar, and let air dry before rolling it back up. Clean mat before first use to increase stickiness.
