|decent pointe shoes||Jul 4, 2014|

My daughter's favorite pointe shoes were Capezio Glisse Pro, but they don't make them any more. Tendu II fit her well, too, but they don't last as long as Glisse Pro did, unfortunately.
She has been on pointe for four years by now, and has longer toes, high arches and insteps, and wide toes with narrower heel.

|Review by susie, scranton pa. The Tendu was my very first pointe shoe. They are perfect for the beginner with square feet or even length toes. The lower vamp works well for dancers with shorter toes or lower arches, and the soft, supple shank helps those with low arches reach full pointe. If you have strong feet they probably won't last that long which is why they are best suited for beginners. Lambs wool toe pads or ouch pouches fit nicely into these shoes, but the same can't be said about thicker gel toe pads(very cramped).|
