Children's sizing

I ordered this dress in light blue and purple, one for each of my girls, in size Medium. They are skinny 7 & 9 year olds, and the child size medium fit both of them well. (More snugly on the 9-yr old and ankle-length, loosely on the 7-yr old and floor-length.) The dresses are nice quality, and hang nicely, looking beautiful. My girls LOVE dancing in them, and the finger scarves are a nice accessory. Shipment was quick, and came in time for Christmas. Customer service was great about that. Thanks!
