1. How do I know what weight band to get?
The Medium Weight (Violet) Band is generally used by the beginner to intermediate dancer.
The Heavy Weight (Royal) Band is generally used by the intermediate to advanced dancer.
The Super Heavy Weight (Cranberry) Band is preferred by men and used for advanced to professional dancers who have grown out of the previous bands.
If an exercise band is new to you, than we would recommend starting with the Medium Weight Band. If you feel as though you are too strong to start with the Medium, than the Heavy Weight may be the right option for you. We do not recommend the Super Heavy Weight to any customer that is new to exercise bands.
